Holy wow, those are huge moves in Japanese yields, 1987 was 38 years ago. Those charts at the bottom say it all on the fiscal path. These all exclude any fiscal shocks like the great financial crisis or a hot war involving the major powers. Bond rates going to rip higher, and not sure the SLR buys a lot of time.
